Schubert, Mendelssohn, and Beethoven... THIS WEEKEND!

In a unique, unprecedented collaboration, a subset of men from HGC will sing a special prelude of Schubert and Mendelssohn and then join the New Philharmonia Orchestra and Boston Cecilia in Beethoven's 9th, led by maestro Jorge Soto.

We proudly present Holiday Angelsong, a program of some of the most beautiful music ever written for the holidays. Palestrina, Franck, Schubert, Praetorius, Mendelssohn, Rubinstein, and our own Dan Wulf! With star tenor Connor Vigeant and special guests, mezzo soprano Jessica Erving and violinist (and 2023 HGC Music Award winner) Eleanor Markey.

    Congratulations to pianist Henry Tushman, who was presented the HGC 2025 $5000 Music Award at our concert in Newton on May 3rd, 2025. Mr. Tushman blew away our audience with a stunning performance of Ravel and Rachmaninov. We wish him every success in his future endeavors!

    The next open rehearsals and auditions for the Highland Glee Club's 2025-26 season will take place Tuesdays, January 6th and 13th, 2026, at 76 Eldredge St., Newton, MA. Concert dates for the spring season are Saturday afternoons 3/14/26 and 5/9/26, with a potential outdoor concert in early June. Click here to pre-register:
